Information on setting up accounts (submitted by admin at 09:13pm CEST)
If you request access it will be granted when we find out about it, so send an in game e-mail with your EQ name, the name you picked for the site, your eqplayers id and your magelo id (if you have one) to Angahran and I will get it sorted ASAP, usually within 72 hours.
Please ignore the message about 'mail delivery failed'.
If your account name is not the same as your character name please make sure to list both so I know who you are.
p.s. I am not psychic. If you don't send me the email I won't know you have an account.

Problems/complaints (submitted by admin at 12:42pm CET)
For problems with attendance/loot send an in game e-mail to an officer. It will usually be corrected within 72 hours. We are only human and mistakes happen, just be calm and send an in game e-mail and it will get sorted. If you send an e-mail and the correction is not made /tell an officer in game.
Any other complaints send an in game e-mail to Whispers
